This Usage License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Coloring Page World ("Licensor"), and the User ("Licensee"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Grant of License:
The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the coloring pages ("Licensed Material") available on www.coloringpageworld.com for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Restrictions:
a. The Licensee shall not use the Licensed Material for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, lease, license, or other distribution, without obtaining prior written consent from the Licensor.
b. The Licensee shall not modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Licensed Material.
c. The Licensee agrees not to use the Licensed Material in any manner that could infringe the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

3. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights in the Licensed Material, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and patents, are owned by the Licensor or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any title or ownership rights to the Licensee.

4. Attribution:
Where applicable, the Licensee must provide appropriate attribution to the Licensor and/or its licensors, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Licensor.

5. Termination:
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the Licensee violates any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Licensed Material and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Licensed Material is provided "as is," and the Licensor makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Licensed Material, even if the Licensor has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. General Terms:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements and understandings. Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.

9. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

By accessing and using the Licensed Material, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
